WHO

Praxica Labs is run by Brandon Griggs, a lifelong software developer and technology entrepreneur. After a successful software exit, Brandon chose to pursue his passions at the intersection of technology and philosophy. He writes about speculative topics in the philosophy of technology at Tech for Life.

WHAT

Praxica develops software in service of philosophical pursuits and research. Our focus is on building general purpose platforms to support broad experimentation. Our first project is a ChatStorm, a multi-agent chat platform designed to explore artificial social intelligence. Our software will always be free and open source for academic and non-commercial research.

WHY

The vast majority of software only happens if it can profit and scale. Thus entire categories of critical software never materialize, or struggle to flourish as open source or underfunded projects. Praxica is an attempt to change this by designing software for philosophical and research interests first.
